The hydraulic system of CNC shearing machine realizes the conversion and transmission of hydraulic energy through the coordinated work of hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder and control valve group, so as to complete the shearing of metal plates. Its working principle includes the following key steps:
Hydraulic pump oil supply
After the hydraulic pump is started, the hydraulic oil is pumped out from the oil tank and transported to the control valve group through the pipeline. The output pressure and flow of the hydraulic pump are adjusted according to the working requirements of the shearing machine to ensure the stable supply of hydraulic oil in the system.
Control valve group adjustment
The hydraulic oil enters different chambers of the hydraulic cylinder after being adjusted by the control valve group. The control valve group will adjust the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil according to the instructions of the CNC system, and control the movement speed and stroke of the hydraulic cylinder. Through the precise adjustment of the control valve, the hydraulic system can achieve high-precision shearing operation.
Hydraulic cylinder execution
After the hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder, it pushes the piston rod to move, driving the scissors to move up and down. When the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder moves upward, the scissors rise to prepare for the next shearing operation; when the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder moves downward, the scissors descend, thereby shearing the metal plate. The movement speed and force of the hydraulic cylinder are adjusted by the control valve group to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the shearing operation.
Oil return
After the shearing operation is completed, the hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank through the pipeline. During the return process, the hydraulic oil is filtered by the filter to remove impurities and keep the oil clean. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is cooled to maintain a suitable temperature and is ready for the next shearing operation.
